Another day, another W in Lakers nation. The Lakers defeated the Chicago Bulls 90-81 at home in today's matinee game. I was out doing some rock climbing/bouldering an was unable to catch the action. Unfortunately Dancing Barry also wasn't able to do a write-up. :( Here are some quick ones I was able to see from watching highlights.
- Dwight is looking better and better. Maybe he is getting healthier or more comfortable. Probably both.
- Lakers defense was pretty good. They held the Bulls to 81. Probably has a lot to do with the previous point.
- Mamba was in facilitator mode. Probably resting his legs from the last two classic performances.
- Nash is still aggressive offensively and looking great in my opinion.
- Lakers were pretty cold from 3 to throughout. Shot 5-26. Ouch. Lol.
With today's win the Lakers actually have the 8th playoff spot. But nothing is for certain. They can't take anything for granted, and must continue to play well to move up the playoff ladder.
